The Quality Control team is seeking an Associate QC Analyst to support routine testing of raw materials within the Wet Chemistry laboratory. This role is responsible for executing analytical testing in a GMP-compliant laboratory environment, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in GMP analytical laboratory, Experience with bench chemistry, Experience with Compendial testing.
Basic Qualifications High school/GED + 2 years work experience or Associates degree and 6 months work experience or Bachelors degree
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Strong Analytical Skills – Ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience performing analytical testing
Attention to Detail – Ideal candidate will be thorough and deliver polished work product.
Can Do Attitude – Ideal Candidate will have a positive attitude and be willing to participate in lean initiatives on site.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Perform routine analytical testing, including general chemistry assays (e.g., identification, loss on drying, pH, osmolality, appearance).
Execute laboratory activities in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot analytical issues and communicate findings effectively.
Support departmental and organizational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate laboratory practices to ensure compliance and drive operational excellence.
Handle and properly dispose of hazardous materials, including toxic and flammable substances.
