The Senior Associate Project Manager manages the end-to-end delivery of business projects. Projects are either moderate in complexity and/or a subproject of a larger project.
Work is performed with minimal oversight and is reviewed at critical points. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action. Ensures the planning and execution of phases meet the project scope, cost, schedule and quality expectations approved by project stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle.

They are getting ready for System Implementation Testing.
Go live is currently scheduled for March 2027.
It is important that the candidate can support the "Business" not so much the IT
Degrees or certifications required/Years of overall experience required:
PMI in project delivery; this person does NOT need to have a PMP
Bachelor's Degree or higher and 4 years' work experience OR High school diploma and a minimum 7 years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
Top must-have technical skills and experience / Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge of Workday or have worked on a WD implementation that would be ideal
MS Project Intermediate - Advanced
MS Office Suite- Word, Excel and Ppt for presenting information
Experience with Agile Project Delivery Required
Manage end-to-end workstream delivery
Managed medium-to-large Complex projects
Work to HCM (human capital management) or Saas projects
Ability to work across functions such as Consulting company, Stakeholders and IT and build and maintain the relationships.
Escalate Risk and Issues coming from the workstream
Does not need a PMP

Excellent Verbal and Written communication
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Seeks and uses objective information to analyze issues and come up with creative options

BUSINESS MANAGER, Not an IT Manager
Having worked on medium to large Transformational projects will be a differentiator.
Note: a transformational project takes an organization through a journey that fundamentally changes the way it functions on a day-to-day basis.
Will the contractor be working independently, or will they be collaborating with team members and/or a manager to complete tasks?
Total Team Size: ~250 EAM team members supporting the program
Each workstream will include:
Workstream Lead
Business Systems (BS) Consultant
Subject Matter Experts (7–10 per team)
Collaborate closely with peer Project Managers across the program
Work directly with assigned functional teams on a day-to-day basis
Provide regular status reporting at the sponsor/executive level
Support coordination and alignment across multiple workstreams
Day-to-Day Focus:
Primary interaction will be with the functional team assigned to their workstream
Ongoing collaboration with broader program stakeholders
How will performance be measured:
Feedback from project team and delivery of the projects: reporting for workstream; status reports; how well do they partner with program managers
