Summary: Under direct supervision, performs processes according to Standard Operating Procedures in the Manufacturing area.
Functions:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Set up and prepare equipment for operation.
Responsible for internal support operations (e.g. stocking items, autoclaving, tracking inventory).
Assist in manufacturing operations.
Prepare media and buffers and/or dispense raw materials and record transactions in appropriate system(s).
May operate process automation and building monitoring systems.
May act as safety representative.
Understand and follows procedures.
Document activities as appropriate (i.e., MPs and logs) using Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
Comply with cGMPs.
Comply with safety requirements.
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of set technical/functional procedures pertaining to own area.
Established knowledge of routine activities within own job.
Applies basic job skills and knowledge of procedures and processes.
Completes a variety of assignments (e.g., performing routine lab support procedures, operating specialized equipment).

Qualifications
High school/GED.
Ability and willingness to work any shift in support of operations that may include 24/7. Availability to work non-standard shifts, holidays, weekends, as per business needs.
GMP and/or other regulated manufacturing experience.
Experience with manufacturing equipment.
Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures as related to work activities.
Seating for extended periods of time.
Job seeker must be proficient in reading documentation (procedures) in English. Job seeker must have experience with manufacturing equipment.
Ability to perform basic computer operations, such as ability to navigate in MS Office, use email, and complete training using Computer Based Training (CBT).
Ability to assemble disassembles, operate and understand equipment per procedures.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Experience in a GMP or other regulated environment
Organizational skills and an ability to perform assignments with a high degree of attention to detail
Capacity to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions and make adjustments to equipment.
Documentation skills.
