Position Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator Work Location: Marana, AZ, 85653 Assignment Duration: 11+ months Work Schedule: 2nd shift (2:00PM to 10:30PM, M-F) Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary:
Assemble products following specifications. Ensure quality control during assemble and maintain production efficiency.
Background & Context:
This is an onsite manufacturing role supporting production demands that may require overtime and occasional weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products following specifications
Ensure quality control during assembly
Maintain production efficiency
Operate tools and machinery safely
Report issues to supervisors
Cross train on multiple stations
Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
Qualification & Experience:
0–5 years of experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Strong attention to detail
Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
Proficiency in industry tools/software
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
