Job Title: Assistant Digital Delivery Specialist Location:Chesapeake, VA 23320 Duration: 6 months Assignment (Potential to temp to hire) Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
Summary:
The Assistant Digital Delivery Specialist assists with digital project delivery.
This position will assist the project team and manager(s) in developing the digital project management strategy to further Client's position and facilitate collaboration with activities, pursuits, and projects.
The Assistant Digital Delivery Specialist will work on various projects with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the facilitation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination.
Assist with tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.
Assist with supporting tasks specific to Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
Assist with digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
Assist with the review of clash detection and follows reporting and resolution process.
Assist with the changes to digital model presentations for clients.
Assist with the changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with researching and compiling required project-related data and performs metadata audits.
Assist with creating digital delivery content for the proposal process.
Assist with the implementation of digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools.
Assist with developing and integrating the digital delivery schedule and project compliance.
Assist with all aspects of project setup, such as model file setup, digital project setup; project access, cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks, etc.
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
Involvement on campus or in the community preferred.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program Required or
Associate Degree and 2 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams. Required or 4 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams in lieu of a degree. Required
Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of standard digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Basic software and computer skills, including BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites and 3D Rendering Programs, are required.
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
