Operations span all product lines and markets, serving as internal business partners who develop the processes and controls, and help to specify the systems that deliver accuracy, timeliness and integrity to our business.
Asset Management Operations supports the Asset Management Division of the firm. The Asset Management Division is the firm’s long term principal investing group tasked with raising capital and investing in equity (corporate / growth), real estate, and credit. We are looking for an Associate to join the Product Development-focused team in New York.
How you will fulfill your potential
Partner with management and key stakeholders to help prioritize and execute on new strategic initiatives to drive scale and enhance the organization’s control framework.
Partner with engineering teams to support and help coordinate end-to-end product design, development, and launch.
Provide weekly project status updates to the Management Team.
Mitigate and manage risks across the lifecycle of the project and work with stakeholders to ensure issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years’ relevant experience in a comparable role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others across all levels and functions.
Proactive problem solver with a strong work ethic, strategic mindset, and commercial perspective.
Strong technical skills including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
