Essential Duties And Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Complete work as directed by immediate supervisor. • Work with other members of a line or group to assemble products. • Work with Product Development and Quality to develop prototypes, assemblies, and methods. • Perform all work to meet quality and safety standards and procedures. • Maintain a clean and safe environment. • Document actions and products by completing required quality and production forms. • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Desired Minimum Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position. • Must have High school diploma or equivalent. • Must have experience working in a clean room environment. • Must have at least One (1) or more years of assembly experience. • Must have Microscope AND Soldering experience. • Use of small hand tools (IE: rulers, calipers, cutters, tweezers, etc.). • Use of various equipment (IE: UV Curing Station, Hot Air Guns, Soldering Station, Pull Tester, etc.). • Excellent hand-eye coordination, quick learner • Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and ability to differentiate between colors. • Understanding of ISO / FDA Quality System Requirements and guidelines. • General knowledge of lab safety, MS Office and reading written instructions and specification drawings.
