Job Description

Job Title: Archival Associate I
Duration: 07 Months
Location: St. Joseph, MO 64506
 
Duties:
  • Temporary employee to assist with archival of GMP documents and other duties as assigned. Archival assistance includes (but is not limited to) inventorying & archiving documents to send to offsite storage.
  • Receipt of GMP controlled documents to file within the document control center.
  • Receive and complete document requests from various departments.
  • Data entry into the archival spreadsheet and filing documents accordingly.
  • Retrieving controlled documents from onsite file storage and inventory documents, pack documents into box and submission of documents to long-term storage facility.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good communication skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to follow directions. Attention to detail is critical to this role.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs, GDP, and large-scale pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Ability to think outside the box.  Takes initiative.  Efficient and accurate
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 lbs. (approximately)
