Major Responsibilities • Oversee IT operations related to HR systems and ensure optimal functionality of SAP SF • Provide SAP SF user support, assisting with issues in recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for enhancements • Design and propose improvements for HR processes leveraging SAP SuccessFactors • Collaborate with HR teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals Baseline requirements • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including talent management and core HR • Knowledge of HR processes and digital HR tools • Proven ability to manage release processes and IT operations • Familiarity with service monitoring tools and performance metrics
