Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Portfolio ManagementEvaluate and prioritize opportunities based on feasibility, infrastructure constraints, cost effectiveness, and program readiness.Operational Framework & Process ArchitectureSupport evaluation of electrification opportunities, including intake workflows, evaluation frameworks, and project tracking mechanisms. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce operational bottlenecks, and improve program efficiency.Data Governance, Reporting & Program InsightsUpdate program data systems including centralized trackers, SharePoint repositories, and operational dashboards to reflect current program progress.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple program inputs to support operational reporting and strategic planning.Program Infrastructure & Digital OrganizationMaintain structured SharePoint environments, documentation libraries, and program file systems to support efficient knowledge sharing and operational transparency.Program Optimization & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to refine intake workflows, opportunity tracking, and operational governance structures.
