Title – Administrative Assistant
Duration – 05 Months
Location – North Chicago, IL 60064
Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Description:

Day to day
Data entry – bulk would be interfacing with contractors up to speed on program. Showing how to use it. Training on interface, getting them set up on the system.
More customer service focused on top of the data entry part.

Could be collecting different forms from contractors.
Database is pretty user friendly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Control of Work configuration administrative resource will perform the initial administrative data, entry, management, and training associated with the Global Control of Work site configuration and implementation.
Impact: Resource will perform the initial administrative work and database set up that will allow the various EHS teams to accept a sustainable contractor vetting process upon handover.
Role, at the daily level:
• Follow high level plan for the transfer of contractor data from current databases (Avetta) to new database (Control of Work).
• Set within database, the company and individual workforce qualification documentation requirements for contractors currently in use within the global network.
• Assist with the documentation upload requirements and training of new contractors being onboarded in conjunction with AbbVie site EHS leads.
• Ensure compliance with qualifications for each contractor, including contact of contractor company admins for compliance, documentation, and/or updates.
• Assist in development and implementation of AbbVie specific Control of Work and T17 training material that allows for sustainable training of internal and external users.
• Organize contractor company and workforce qualification compliance dates into a system to ease administrative burdens to EHS teams after handover.
