Job Description

Title: Administrative Assistant 
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Till 31st October 2024

Schedule: Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite with additional days on-site as needed

Responsibilities:
• Manage heavy scheduling with multiple stakeholders using Outlook.
• Prepare agendas for meetings and coordinate logistics.
• Create and maintain organizational charts.
• Develop visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
• Handle expense reporting, including submission of reimbursements.
• Track and manage budget expenditures.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Skills Required: MUST-HAVES
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
• MUST HAVE Canva or similar tools for creating presentations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in a similar administrative role is a MUST.
