Job Description

Job Title: Admin & Operations Manager 
Duration: 12 months Hybrid onsite (Tues-Thurs onsite, at least)
Location: Culver City, CA 90232

Overview:
The Beats corporate communications team manages global public relations, internal communications, social media and social impact. We’re looking for a Admin & Operations Manager to join our team. This role will assist our Communications Executive while also helping to manage department operations, logistics, finance and product inventory. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, extremely organized, detail oriented and have an interest in PR, Social Media and Buzz Marketing.

Description:
•       Producing Executive Support including scheduling travel, expense reports, booking/coordinating meetings and managing team calendars
•       Managing office space, including floor plans, supplies, facilities and maintenance requests
•       Building partnerships with other Admin leaders to develop consistent standards and best practices for the Beats organization
•       Establishing good relationships with partner teams in Facilities, Space Planning, Operations and Finance
•       Organize, submit and track department Purchase Requisitions, Invoices and Contracts
•       Keep track of department budget, working closely with Finance
•       Data entry and reports
•       Support department with miscellaneous projects
•       Develop department materials, guides and documents.
•       Manage product inventory and logistics

Qualifications:
•       Minimum 3 years experience as a corporate executive assistant, project manager or team coordinator.
•       Passion for consumer electronics, social media and current cultural events.
•       Quick learner who possess a positive team-player attitude.
•       Be able to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•       Skilled at Keynote and Numbers with ability to produce high-quality deck presentations is a plus.
•       Curious, flexible and dedicated problem solver
•       A self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
•       Strong written and verbal communications skills and detailed project management skills.
•       Bachelor's degree preferred.
