Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: CA (Full Remote in PST hours)
Duration: 3 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 20-30 hours/week
 
Summary:
The Client Restaurant Platform team is responsible for driving the adoption and activation of products to help Restaurants grow their business through their own channels (Drive, Storefront, BBOT, Voice Ordering + many more). We are launching a new confidential product and need a stellar account manager to help guide restaurants through onboarding + go live, collect product feedback + make sure all of their needs are met.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • This role will be working closely with our restaurants (small restaurants across the country), to understand their business requirements, get them set up with our product and check in with them on a recurring basis to gather product feedback and ensure their needs are met.
  • Communicate restaurant progress, status, and feedback cross-functionally to our strategy, operations + product teams
  • This role operates for 20 - 30 hours a week.
  • Ability to travel domestically 1x / month is a must - to PST (CA)
 
We’re excited about you because:
  • You have 1-2+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibility.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or commensurate work experience).
  • You have project management and/or account management experience.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can translate feedback from a restaurant to a product team and vise versa.
  • You are comfortable working with technical products and hardware.
  • Must have experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces.
  • Experience with Zendesk is nice to have.
