Job Description

Position: IT Strategic Partnerships Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with IT Engineering and Corporate Security to onboard outsourced vendor global teams
  • Troubleshoot end-user feedback and identify trending issues; execute on project plans to improve the end-user experience and ensure their success
  • Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute on current operational processes, identify gaps, and build new processes as needed
  • Clearly & concisely communicate complex and technical information to disparate audiences
Required Skills:
  • Extraordinary relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence others toward achieving common goals
  • Dedicated self-starter to identify a problem and improve processes
  • Confidence in troubleshooting skills; using resources to determine root cause analysis when an issue arises
  • Experience in project planning and delivery; being able to identify a problem, and map out the scope of work and stakeholders to arrive at a scalable solution
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an evolving environment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT or Facilities focused projects or equivalent
Top 3 must have:
  • Basic troubleshooting (root cause analysis)
  • Communication/relationship building
  • Project planning
Additional Notes:
  • Doing more operational tasks + project/escalation tasks
  • Lower tier project management experience will be helpful
  • Someone both technical and has the ability to build relationships
  • NOT a Helpdesk type role
