This position is responsible for support development and manufacturing of Amazon Kuiper products.Basic Qualifications 5 years of experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing for the aerospace industry.Experience with PCBA rework, including hand soldering of electronic components and reading schematics Experience with common electronic test equipment oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, etc. Proven track record of delivering results on time. Experience supporting the development of space based systems. Experience working in aerospace manufacturing. Strong communication skills with the ability to review and develop written instructions, document work performed, and follow up with engineers and management as needed.Degree or certificate in related field Current or recently expired certification in IPC soldering standards including 77117721, JSTD, and JSTD Space Applications.Daily tasks performed: Follow ESD safe protocols and safe handling techniques when handling sensitive electronic assemblies. Perform circuit board inspection, circuit reworkmodification, cable harness fabrication, electronic box assembly, and electrical signal measurement. Assemble first article electronic test racks, test fixtures, and associated wiring. Perform first article conformal coatstaking inspections and document deviations. Review prerelease work instructions and make recommendations for improved work definition. Maintain EE Dev Lab: solder stations, orderstock consumables, track assets, and monitorupdateclose EHD Jira tickets. Validate and maintain ESD workstations and ESD Protected Areas EPAs. Identify and address safety issues in the lab.
