Description: The Global Revenue Enablement team is seeking a creative and passionate Curriculum Designer with experience in defining, executing, and scaling enterprise-wide product and technical enablement curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, authoring, and delivering engaging learning experiences across various modalities – virtual, in-person, e-learning, etc. The Curriculum Designer will be responsible for creating a range of instructional materials, from support content to interactive courses for a suite of ever-evolving products. The individual in this role must be willing and able to switch between tasks and juggle projects to accommodate shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
Design complete product curriculum which address business critical learning objectives for technical subject matter at multiple levels of role based detail
Maintain, evaluate, and iterate on existing learning deliverables with an emphasis on continuous improvement and learner centered design
Identify performance and process gaps, discover new training opportunities, and drive new projects through to completion
Cross-functionally collaborate with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Technical SMEs, and other internal teams to determine ongoing and release-based training needs
Design and develop curriculum for new and existing educational offerings, including self-paced training, certification programs, and post-training activities
Masters degree in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning Tech, Education, Business or similar field.
