Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator III
Duration: 12 months
Location: Remote (Required to work PST)

Job Description: Job Responsibilities
  • Our team drives the successful launch and discovery of entertainment content. We own programming strategy and discovery for the Entertainment team's slate, and partner with products to integrate and distribute our content. We focus across three areas: ongoing programming and launches, technical enablement, and the end to end user journey. AI-driven workflows and automation are central to how we operate including accelerating production timelines through vibe coding, reducing manual overhead, and scaling quality across active projects.
  • This role owns the development and maintenance of Nest and Hatch sites that surface project updates from our internal cloud management system and coordinates project work streams required for delivery. You will vibe code features, submit diffs, and work directly with content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners to build tooling, streamline processes through AI-powered workflows, and drive operational excellence across active projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Use approved AI based tools to vibe code and submit diffs for Nest and Hatch sites, building features that surface project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
  • Drive development workflows using AI tools (Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, and other internal AI surfaces) to accelerate production timelines and reduce manual processes.
  • Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows that connect Nest/Hatch sites to internal CMS for real-time project tracking and status reporting.
  • Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations, from code generation to documentation to stakeholder communications.
  • Work directly with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements and site improvements across projects.
  • Ensure all project documentation is current, accessible, and utilized by vertical project leads.
  • Monitor active Nest/Hatch sites to verify expected performance, data accuracy, and flag issues to key stakeholders.
  • Track platform bugs, submit fixes via diffs, and alert affected development teams.
  • Conduct routine assessments of project status to evaluate system stability and performance metrics.
  • Document weekly project activities to verify delivery and availability of all necessary assets.
  • Assist in onboarding working teams to new product requirements, AI tool adoption, and Nest/Hatch site workflows.
