Job Title: Project/Program Manager IV

Job Description:
Innovation Identification
  • Identify and evaluate emissions reduction opportunities in semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain
  • Develop business cases with emissions abatement potential, ROI analysis, and implementation roadmaps
  • Conduct technology assessments and market scans for decarbonization solutions
 
Project Execution
  • Design and structure innovation projects with clear milestones, metrics, and governance
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, procurement, sustainability)
  • Develop project plans, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with targeted emissions reductions
  • Create transition documentation for continuity
 
Stakeholder Management
  • Build relationships with semiconductor suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technology providers
  • Coordinate with Procurement teams
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership
 
Technical Expertise
  • Serve as SME on semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain, and emissions sources
  • Provide guidance on decarbonization technologies (process optimization, energy efficiency, renewable energy, circular economy)
  • Develop training materials and capability-building programs
  • Track industry trends and best practices
  • Performance Tracking
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for project performance and emissions impact
  • Document methodologies, outcomes, and lessons learned
 
Must Have:
1. innovation
2. Project Manager experience
3. Semiconductor Manufacturing experience

Years of Experience:
  • 7+ years in project management, innovation management, or operations in semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain
  • Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
  • Proven track record deploying complex innovation projects in time-constrained environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Experience as contractor with ability to integrate quickly
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
  • Ability to work independently and deliver immediate impact
