- Digging through data
- Pulling insights
- PowerPoint
- Turning Excel into leadership-friendly visuals
- Making reports “pretty”
- Attention to detail (very critical)
- Comfortable with:
- Repetitive work
- QA / checking data
- Operational processes
- Some creative capability:
- Deck building
- Reports
- Presentation polish
- Light content improvement
Nice-to-Have
- Basic understanding of financial concepts:
- 401k, pension, loans, hardship distributions
- Not expert level — just enough to learn language faster
- Professional
- Office-appropriate behavior
- Takes initiative:
- Asks questions
