Title: BMC Helix Digital Workplace Consultant
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of BMC Helix Digital Workplace applications tailored to organizational needs, utilizing AR System and Innovation Studio for customization and integration.
- System Integration: Integrate BMC Helix Digital Workplace with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations and data flow. Innovation suite integration experience with Jira is a plus.
- Customization: Coordinate the customization of modules, workflows, and user interfaces within BMC Helix Digital Workplace to enhance usability and meet specific business requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix Digital Workplace applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations. Experience troubleshooting request failures and root cause is required.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in BMC Helix Digital Workplace and IT service management to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Skill Requirements:
- BMC Helix Digital Workplace or Other Service Request Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of BMC Helix Digital Workplace, or another service request management application.
- AR System Proficiency: Experience with BMC's Action Request (AR) System, including coordinating development, customization, and integration capabilities. Exposure/experience with other ITSM tools (Ie: Service Now/Salesforce) is also acceptable.
- Technical Skills: Exposure to programming languages and development tools relevant to BMC Helix platforms. Jira user experience is required.
- Integration Skills: Experience coordinating the integration of service request management applications with internal and 3rd party applications.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document technical processes clearly.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for BMC Helix Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Process Analysis: Assess current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions leveraging BMC Helix Digital Workplace capabilities.
