Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Advisor
Location: Flex or Work at Home depending on candidate location | Open to remote candidates working EST
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description
Key Functions
  • Central to the success of Client's Healthcare campaigns using marketing knowledge, customer data, and campaign management systems to strategize, create, target, and launch communications
  • Ability to work across diverse teams; not a typical step-by-step campaign execution role
  • Ownership beyond campaign delivery, including strategy, lifecycle marketing, and brand discussions
  • Critical thinking and effective communication to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Marketing and insights should drive campaign decisions
  • Work in a high-priority Center of Excellence within Client's marketing organization
  • Fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment
  • Learn various marketing technologies and tools (data platforms, project management software, email solutions)
  • Influence campaign strategy and apply best practices
  • Regular 1:1 sessions with manager and senior leadership exposure
  • Potential for future full-time roles and extended team positions
Experience & Skills
  • 5–7+ years of customer direct marketing experience, with emphasis on campaign development and management
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • SQL experience and familiarity with data platforms and structures
  • HTML proficiency and experience with email service providers (ESPs)
  • Experience with dynamic content and customer segmentation
  • Strong attention to detail and respect for customer preferences and privacy
  • Excellent communication and internal customer service skills
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools
  • Collaborative mindset and creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements in layman’s terms
  • Proactive and self-driven in a fast-paced, shifting environment
  • Experience with direct marketing platforms (e.g., RedPoint, Teradata, Salesforce)
  • Ability to measure campaign effectiveness to reduce cost, increase revenue, and drive customer actions

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred focus: Marketing, Business, or Computer Science)
  • 5+ years of customer campaign implementation experience
