Title: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Bay Area or NY – Remote (Occasional visits onsite in Bay Area or NY)
Duration: 5+ months
Businesses and brands have always been an essential part of client’s community. Every day, marketers and people show an interest in doing more on company social media platform, whether it’s learning about a new brand, shopping for products or downloading a mobile app. With our global advertising platform, in markets around the world we have seen over 2 million monthly advertisers come to client social media platform and 25 million business profiles proliferate in our community.
T
he team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. The role will primarily support the client team, which builds products for their advertisers and the agencies and third-party partners who support them. This individual will be responsible for doing inbound to shape product strategies, leading the go-to-market efforts for new launches, and will be a key part of the cross-functional team standing up a net new advertiser program, owning the operations for this program. This role will also have the opportunity to work on high-priority products and initiatives for other Business product teams, such as Reels and Creator ads.
The ideal candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background—including business strategy, product marketing and analytical skills, and ideally have some experience with digital advertising and strategy & ops. We’re looking for strong problem solvers who are passionate about understanding the needs of advertisers, agencies, and third party marketing partners. They should be flexible and comfortable working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills, project management experience, attention to detail, and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
- Help stand up and own the operations for a net new advertiser program, partnering closely with agency partners and internal cross-functional team members.
- Lead go-to-market for new launches. This includes communicating the rollout of new products and features both internally and externally to sales teams and businesses, in partnership with marketing, PR, and sales teams.
- Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and go-to-market strategy
- Anticipate risks and manage escalations that arise along the way and see them through to resolution
Minimum Skills:
- 6+ years of work experience, with a background in management consulting, business strategy and operations, digital marketing/advertising, investment banking/venture capital, analytics/data science, or other analytical roles
- Proven experience in simplifying complex concepts
- Strong track record of execution, project management, and operating independently
- Cross-functional skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing partners and managing key stakeholders
- Experience creating structured frameworks to evaluate problems and present recommendations for how to proceed
- Experience contributing in setting strategic direction and executing go-to-market plans
- BA/BS degree

- Client business team as. PMM, inbound research projects and dictate product strategy and work on product launches. Stand up as a new advertiser program. Working with agencies to provide a service to advertisers.

- Replacing a CW who converted to FTE, for the remainder of the contract
What makes this role interesting?
- Runs product marketing for client advertising, this person will first hand, work with the product teams that are working on launching these advertisement products
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Ability to build product and having market Intuition, have worked with product managers and also think like product managers
- Self-starter, can run with projects on their own. 5 or 6+ years of work experience, with a background in management consulting, business strategy and operations, digital marketing/advertising, investment banking/venture capital, analytics/data science, or other analytical roles
- Communicating affectively with different partners, cross functioning teams
Nice-to-have Skills
- Draw insights from large complex data sets and make strategic decisions a pov
- Experience working in creator marketing
