Description:
- This position is for the International Digital Operations group. We are looking for a solution-oriented and energetic team player with the ability to strive in a highly result-oriented environment.
- Main responsibilities include supporting Project Managers on digital communication initiatives, content management of brand and function SharePoint sites and communications executions for IMCO teams within AbbVie.
- Candidate must be computer savvy and able to navigate through multiple systems.
- Ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in SharePoint, Staffbase, Photoshop, as well as be customer-focused and have a strong sense of initiative.
- Must be able to operate at a high level in a deadline-related setting.
Additional Duties include but not limited to:
- Supports Project managers on the digital execution of all Commercial Operations intranet activities.
- Responsible for timely requirements-gathering, overseeing creation, implementation, programming, and maintenance of internal web applications, project management support
- Frequent team interface to ensure internal websites are up to date and current.
- Manage SharePoint site content including uploading spotlight stories, brand resources, calendar events, documents, etc. Provide day-to-day support including problem resolution and coordination of operational activities.
- Coordinate and execute communications from international brand teams to affiliates through Staffbase tool such as eblasts and newsletters.
- Compile metric reports for communications open rates and website visitors statistics.
Position Accountability / Scope
- Establishes and maintains professional and productive working relationships with all stakeholders in the development and review process. Stakeholders include
- International Marketing, IT, Customer Excellence, Public Affairs, External Agencies, Regulatory, Compliance and others.
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Project Management and Computer skills
- Effective analytical, tactical, problem-solving & decision-making skills ?
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skill both written and verbal.
- Organized & Detailed Oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Supportive/positive attitude.
- Experience in the in the Healthcare field a plus.
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint O365
- Experience with the following tools a plus: Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Professional),
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experience:
- Entry to mid-level support position. Prefer 1 to 3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Internal Communication, Public Relations or related field.
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, or related field required
