Client, being data-driven is a core value we live by and are dedicated to continuous improvement in a fast-paced digital Marketing landscape. We are expanding our team and hiring an interim Marketing Campaign Manager. This role is an individual contributor on an A-Team of Marketers. You will be a part of the Nexis Solutions Marketing Team and will work closely with the Campaign Strategy Team Leader. Our ideal candidate has: 
• A mix of technical, creative and analytical skills to launch thoughtful and action-driving campaigns. 
• A well-rounded understanding of digital and traditional channels, how they work together, and how to create campaign plans to hit revenue goals. 
• A detail-oriented approach to executing campaigns with a can-do attitude. 


Primary Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Execution
• Responsible for driving implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support new business and cross-sell goals.
• Responsible for driving and executing dynamic Marketing plans including: incorporating customer insights into campaigns, developing creative briefs, amplifying content across channels, planning Marketing tactics and timing, and collaborating with Marketing Managers each step of the way. 
• Develop and implement multi-channel integrated campaigns, inclusive of online and offline channels: paid media, website, email, webinars, blog, social media, live & virtual events, and webinars.
• Collaborate with international marketing colleagues to develop and align on global campaign strategies and execution. 
• Responsible for driving and executing product launch campaigns, inclusive of campaign planning and implementation, partnering with Marketing Managers along the way.
• Localize global content and build upon content to enable "hub and spoke" strategy. 
• Partner with Digital Marketing Team to execute integrated marketing plans across digital channels.
• Partner with Digital Marketing Team to understand performance, analyze trends, business results and use this data to optimize campaign messaging and channels.
• Design and partner with Digital Marketing Team to test messaging, CTAs, and creative, then use results to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. 

Knowledge and Skills
• 3+ years of high-tech B2B Marketing, experience in SaaS, or working on a fast-paced, high performance team. 
• Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent
• Experience in building integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels, both online and offline.
• Experience collaborating with 3rd party agencies, such as event planning companies
• Understanding of up-market and enterprise lead generation.
• Superior project management and organization skills to execute complex campaigns, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to campaign timelines.
• A confident and proactive self-starter with an outcomes-driven mindset.
• Salesforce, Account Engagement/Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, LinkedIn, Gong, Account Based Marketing Tools and Google Looker Studio - experience with some or all tools is a plus! 

Top 3 Must Haves
a.) Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot (or similar tools) for managing and analyzing marketing campaigns.
b.) Proficiency in LinkedIn and Account-Based Marketing tools for targeted audience engagement and lead generation.
c.) Strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Years of Experience
3 years of experience in technology teams.
