Job Title: Data Quality Operations Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19106
Duration: 6 months’ Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, 8-5pm EST
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite/ 2 WFH
 
Summary:

• Client is seeking detail-oriented Data Quality Analysts / Data Operations Analysts to support a high-visibility project focused on optimizing data processes and ensuring the accuracy of key business information.
• The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong data entry skills, proficiency in navigating and updating information within enterprise systems, a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to review contracts and pricing information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate contract and pricing information against system data for completeness and accuracy.
• Complete data entry and updates in client systems.
• Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Partner with account owners and client team members to obtain missing information or clarify program structures.
• Liaise with technology teams as needed to support data-related queries and script preparation
• Document findings and corrections in a clear, organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Able to maintain high quality data standards and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property & casualty insurance and/or claims terminology and processes (preferred but not required)
• Experience navigating and updating information within enterprise systems or web portals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
