Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Expectations from this Role
- Develop and review technical design, solution, and deployment documents.
- Perform code reviews and recommend improvements to application design and performance.
- Act as the primary contact for build, deployment, and production support issues.
- Contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives, knowledge sharing, and reusable assets.
- Identify technical challenges and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
- Drive application quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
- Develop, test, debug, and document application components.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and platform capabilities.
Typical Performance Measures
- Adherence to coding standards and development processes.
- Timely resolution of production issues and defects.
- On-time delivery of assigned work and sprint commitments.
- Completion of relevant technical/domain certifications.
- Effective mentoring and development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Estimation
- Analyze requirements and user stories.
- Provide effort estimates and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Design & Development
- Contribute to HLD, LLD, and solution architecture.
- Develop solutions following established standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality delivery.
Testing & Defect Management
- Create/review test cases and support testing activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Project & Release Management
- Manage delivery of assigned modules and user stories.
- Support deployment and release activities.
Customer & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with customers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Present design solutions and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor team members and support team engagement.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- ERP/CRM platform design and development experience.
- Strong understanding of coding standards and software development best practices.
- Experience with data migration, deployments, and production support.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
