Position Title: Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative
Work Location: Tempe, AZ 85281
Assignment Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary:
Delivers specific delegated Pharmacy Operations tasks assigned by a supervisor. Completes day-to-day Pharmacy Call Center tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members.
Tasks are of moderate complexity, and may need guidance to complete more complex requests. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivers specific delegated Pharmacy Operations tasks assigned by a supervisor.
• Completes day-to-day Pharmacy Call Center tasks without immediate supervision.
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
• Acts as primary contact between the receiving department, purchasing department, inventory team, and suppliers.
• Anticipates needs/issues and plans tasks accordingly.
Qualification & Experience:
• Microsoft Office; basic analysis skills (able to work a worksheet, export spreadsheet, filter columns etc.)
• Attention to detail required for auditing paperwork.
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Pharmacy Technician License Preferred; if not, candidates with warehouse/inventory experience considered.
• Training pharmacy license also acceptable.
• Proficient in all basic customer service areas.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
• 100% Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
