Job Title: Associate Credit Representative (HYBRID)
Location: Eagan, MN, 55121
Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Duration: 06 Months

Job Responsibilities:
  • Client is seeking an Credit Specialist who will be responsible for answering a variety of email questions on account issues and responding with resolution within assigned service level agreement, SLA. 
  • This Associate will provide service and support to corporate and non-corporate account customers for clients Shared Service based divisions. 
  • This requires good written and verbal communication skills and applicable accounting, reconciliation, analytical and collection skills necessary to achieve the company and department objectives.
Required Skills:
  • SAP experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills with a background in Customer Service/ direct communication with external Customers regarding Credit related issues
  • Team oriented focus, with the ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, or the ability to be trained
  • Reconciliation / payment lookup experience and analytical skills
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Education/Experience Requirement:    
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience working in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service field
Education Preferred:    
  • Bachelor’s degree in a finance, accounting, business or a related field
