Platform delivers a broad portfolio of initiatives that drive change across product, industry, and partner teams. At the same time, the scale, pace, and interconnectedness of change across client continues to increase — including shifts in platform strategy, migration efforts, operational processes, organizational priorities, and evolving ways of working across teams.
Today, change management is largely handled at the individual project level, with each initiative managing its own communication, readiness, and adoption independently. As these changes increasingly overlap, there is a growing need for a coherent, portfolio-level view of cumulative impact to reduce disruption, improve alignment, and enable teams to absorb change more effectively.
There is also an opportunity to build stronger change management capability within Platform itself — empowering TPMs and program leaders to proactively assess change impact, identify risks earlier, and engage the right support as part of driving successful programs.
Overview of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management leader to help define and implement how Platform manages change at scale. This role will design and embed an approach to understand and manage the cumulative impact of change across Platform initiatives. This goes beyond traditional project-level change management and requires operating at a system level across multiple teams and programs.
The contractor will shape the strategy, design the model, and implement it within current planning, prioritization, and delivery processes and tools. The goal is to create a practical, sustainable approach ADSK can run after the engagement ends.
This is a full-time contractor role for 6–12 months.

Minimum Years of Experience:
- 7+ years with Bachelor’s degree
- 15 years without Bachelor’s degree

- Built scalable mechanisms and used portfolio-level tools to manage cumulative change impact

What work will be expected
- Assess how change is currently managed across initiatives and where cumulative impact is not visible or addressed
- Define a portfolio-level change strategy for managing cumulative change impact
- Design and embed mechanisms to capture, assess, and act on change signals across initiatives (e.g., cumulative impact, readiness, sequencing)
- Integrate these mechanisms into existing planning, prioritization, and delivery processes and tools
- Enable teams to operate and sustain the approach after the engagement
- Define practical guidance and operating mechanisms that help TPMs and program leaders assess and manage change impact as part of program execution
- Establish lightweight engagement models to help teams identify when additional change management support or intervention is needed
- Enable and coach program leaders to incorporate change impact assessment into planning, sequencing, communication, and delivery activities
- Standing up a new OCM function or team
- Project-level change management activities or deliverables
- Developing frameworks without implementing them
Reduced disruption and more predictable adoption of change, driven by a system that:
- Surfaces the right signals to plan, prepare, and adjust work across initiatives
- Provides clear visibility into cumulative change impact across Platform initiatives
- Has usable change impact signals to adjust priorities, sequencing, and timelines across initiatives
- Is practical and teams can run it without external support
- TPMs and program leaders are equipped to proactively assess and manage change impact within their programs
- Teams have clearer context and alignment around organizational shifts, priorities, and operational changes affecting their work
- A defined change strategy for managing cumulative change impact
- Changes to existing planning, prioritization, and delivery processes and tools
- Mechanisms to identify, assess, and act on change impact, including how signals are surfaced and used
- Documentation and toolkits to enable teams to sustain the approach
- Experience leading change across large-scale, enterprise transformations
- Experience operating at a portfolio or system level, managing change across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience managing cumulative or overlapping change impact across teams
- Experience designing and embedding scalable change approaches that integrate with how organizations operate
This role will work closely with:
- Platform Next leadership
- Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
- Product and engineering teams across Platform
- Industry and partner teams as needed
