Client is looking for resources with US Banking experience, specific to Print and Mail / Check Capture / Image Processing domain
The resource should have experience implementing any platform solutions in large or community banks for print/ mail production ; Familiarity with check capture/remittance platforms and lock-box processing

Job Responsibilities:
Client is looking for resources with US Banking experience, specific to Print and Mail / Check Capture / Image Processing domain
The resource should have experience implementing any platform solutions in large or community banks for print/ mail production ; Familiarity with check capture/remittance platforms and lock-box processing
- Mid-level implementation specialist (5–8 years experience) delivering FIS imaging and payments solutions across distributed capture, ATM, ImageCentre, DirectLink, and remittance platforms
- Operates as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst on small projects; serves as Technical Analyst on larger multi-product, cross-functional engagements
- Client-facing role requiring strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning ability
- Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
Functional & Domain Knowledge
- Strong financial industry and items processing domain knowledge across banking and payments
- Merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycle
- ATM image deposit knowledge including capture, balancing, and exception handling
- Image Cash Letter (ICL) processing; Duplicate Detection configuration and management
- Familiarity with teller and distributed capture environments within banking institutions
Platform & Application Knowledge
- CCX / FXD — merchant and mobile distributed capture platform; core competency across majority of profiles
- DLM / DLC — distributed capture management and configuration (required for multi-product profiles)
- ATM Express — ATM image deposit processing and configuration knowledge
- ImageCentre — installer, configuration, and training proficiency; Duplicate Detection knowledge
- DirectLink — product-to-product migration experience; teller and distributed capture configuration
- Voyager — implementation and support knowledge; Image Cash Letter (ICL) processing
Project & Client Management
- Run small-scope projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst
- Serve as Technical Analyst on larger, multi-product, cross-functional implementation projects
- Manage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phases
- Lead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare support
- Ability to engage and coordinate other technical resources as needed during complex implementations
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL knowledge — querying, data validation, troubleshooting, and implementation support
- Strong item processing knowledge spanning merchant capture, mobile capture, teller, distributed, and ATM image deposit channels
- Deposit settlement and balancing knowledge across distributed capture environments
- Sort pattern and logic knowledge; ability to review and configure client capture requirements
- Requirements gathering, gap analysis, and technical solutioning; cross-team collaboration
- Product-to-product migration delivery; add-on and work order technical project execution
Soft Skills & Work Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong training and documentation skills
- Ability to review client requirements and relay to appropriate technical resources where needed
- Attention to detail, independent judgment, and quality focus across all deliverables
- Adaptability and resilience; ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Must be available to work US business hours (North America client base)
- After-hours and weekend availability required for minimum 2 weeks post go-live per new client
