Description:
These two Business Analysts will support Product Managers by leading complex research, analysis, and feature development efforts across an enterprise product environment. These analysts will partner closely with product, business, and delivery stakeholders to elicit business needs, identify root causes, and translate ambiguous requests into clearly defined requirements, features, and acceptance criteria that enable Agile delivery teams. The role requires capability in consulting on complex initiatives, evaluating solution options, validating outcomes, managing dependencies and risks, and recommending improvements that enhance quality and delivery effectiveness. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical rigor, experience supporting product roadmaps and feature development, comfort operating independently in fast?paced environments, and the ability to influence stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business outcomes and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Research & Analysis
o Familiarity with JIRA, Agile ceremonies, and structured requirements techniques.
o Insurance, financial services, or policy administration system experience preferred (FAST platform familiarity a plus).
o Consults on complex initiatives and feature development efforts, supporting assigned product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
o Partners with product management and stakeholders to elicit business problems, clarify objectives, and identify root causes.
o Conducts impact analysis and evaluates solution options to support informed decision?making.
o Maintains awareness of industry trends, platform capabilities, and emerging practices, applying insights to improve product solutions.
• Requirements & Feature Development
o Develops and documents clear, structured business requirements and translates those business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation suitable for Agile delivery teams.
o Facilitates requirements validation and ensures alignment across business, product, and delivery stakeholders.
o Develops complex acceptance criteria and supports validation activities as needed to confirm solutions meet business intent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
o Serves as a trusted analytical resource to product managers, delivery teams, and business partners.
o Coordinates across internal stakeholders to ensure solutions address scope, quality, timing, and risk considerations.
o Supports prioritization discussions by clearly articulating value, dependencies, risks, and trade?offs.
o Assists with issue resolution by assessing defects, determining business impact, and recommending prioritized responses.
• Process Improvement & Change Support
o Identifies opportunities to improve analysis practices, documentation quality, and delivery efficiency.
o Champions adoption of improved processes, tools, and standards that reduce rework and enhance solution outcomes.
o Positively supports change management efforts within the product and delivery lifecycle.
• Ideal Candidate Profile - Recruiting firms should prioritize candidates who demonstrate:
o 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, supporting complex initiatives in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.
o Proven ability to work closely with Product Managers to support roadmap execution and feature delivery.
o Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for enterprise systems.
o Comfortable operating with ambiguity and transforming loosely defined ideas into actionable requirements.
o Experience collaborating across business, technology, and delivery teams.
o Strong analytical, facilitation, and written communication skills.

• Extend the Product Manager’s capacity by owning deep?dive analysis and feature definition
