Job Title: Software Quality Specialist IV
Duration: 12 months
Location: Toronto, ON (2 days on site, 3 days work from home – could potentially move to 4 days in office)
Schedule: M-F, core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:
Degree/Level of Education: Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is an asset
Certifications Required: Java programming, Selenium and Appium certifications
Years of Overall Experience: 8+ years of experience
How will performance be measured: Hitting timelines/deliverables (SLA’s), quality of code

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 8+ years of experience development using Java, Selenium and Rest Assured
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Strong interpersonal skills are required
3.) Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
4.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Java programming, Selenium and Appium certifications
2.) Banking or financial institution experience
3.) Hands on Appium experience

- Perform hands on testing activities: test creation and/or process support within a given functional area to support the delivery of quality solutions by automating tests and/or creating/enhancing automation frameworks.
Where You'll Work
- You’ll be expected to work Primarily onsite at a Client’s location for meetings, team events and experiences. The hiring manager will provide more information about how this works for their team.
