Focus of Activity
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules
• IT operations management and SAP user support
• Service monitoring to detect possible improvements & design of the corresponding improvements for SAP SD/MM
 
Major Responsibilities
• Oversee IT operations and technical aspects of sales and materials management processes
• Provide SAP SD/MM user support to resolve system issues and ensure efficient operations
• Drive digitalization efforts in sales and materials management, enhancing workflows
• Monitor service performance, proposing and implementing improvements
• Design and implement system enhancements to optimize supply chain and sales processes
 
Baseline requirements
• Experience with SAP SD and MM modules
• Knowledge of supply chain and sales processes
• Proven ability to manage release processes and IT operations
• Familiarity with service monitoring tools and performance metrics
 
Education, Experience and Technical Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• SAP certification or relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Service Management) preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar SAP analyst role
• Advanced in English
• Nice to have: Spanish & German
