About the Role
Looking for a strategic and results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a mission-critical, cross-functional program to fundamentally redesign our marketing campaign management. Our current campaign structure is complex, hindering our ability to report effectively and scale our marketing efforts. This program will simplify how we create, manage, and track marketing campaigns, resulting in higher quality data, streamlined processes, and more accurate business-critical reporting.

As the TPM, you will be the single-threaded owner responsible for driving this end-to-end technology program from strategy to execution. You will orchestrate the efforts of numerous teams across Marketing Automation Product Management, Data Science, Digital, Global Field Marketing, and Engineering to deliver a new, simplified, and scalable campaign management platform.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Campaign Management Overhaul program, encompassing both incremental improvements and a full redesign.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, defining scope, end-to-end roadmap, key deliverables, defining and managing dependencies, and timelines for a multi-year effort.
  • Lead a large, cross-functional team of stakeholders from Marketing Automation, Digital Platform, Data Enablement Technologies, Global Field Marketing, and more.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and dependencies across a number of teams.
  • Facilitate key technical and business decisions, such as defining the future-state response model and ensuring alignment among stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track the definition, execution, and delivery of business requirements and the "definition of done" by working closely with area owners and subject matter experts.
  • Establish and run program governance, including leading bi-weekly Steering Committee meetings and providing regular status updates to executive leadership.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams and levels, from individual contributors to VPs, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and progress.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and marketing data models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage programs with a high degree of technical complexity and ambiguity, including multiple dependencies and workstreams.
  • Experience working with data warehousing, data science, and analytics teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams and leaders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully navigating and resolving program risks.
  • Ability to operate as a "single-threaded owner," taking full responsibility for the program's success from inception to completion.
