Job Title: Project/Program Manager IV
Duration: 8 Months
Location: Seattle, WA
Description:
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Day to Day:
- Assigned multiple programmatic design changes that they will be responsible for.
- Ensuring cross functional stakeholder alignment of the change
- Evaluating the technical readiness of the change
- Communicating with leadership within the business
- General maintenance of PCM tools that they use to track their programs.
Required Skills:
- Professional engineering license
- Project management professional certification in addition to PE
- Relevant size scope of complexity similar to data centers (large construction, not looking for residential, or only done two projects, looking for fairly good mix in resume)
- PMP, PE
- Graduate Degree
- Project management certification, engineering degree
Must Have:
- Construction engineering (in the field) with a degree
- Smart sheets experience
- 8+ YOE
