Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Analytics Lead / BI Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle BI Applications (OBIA), and Data Warehousing technologies.
This role requires hands-on leadership in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale analytics and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across end-to-end OAC/BI implementations, strong technical capabilities in ODI and PL/SQL, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise analytics solutions using OAC, FDI, OBIA, and related BI technologies.
• Deliver end-to-end BI and data warehouse solutions including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and customize solutions across FDI, OAC, OBIA, ODI, and OBIEE platforms.
• Design and implement enterprise data warehouse architectures, including dimensional modeling and data integration strategies.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and business process design aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HCM, Finance, SCM, and Procurement domains.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL procedures; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform performance tuning for BI and data warehouse environments.
• Lead multiple full lifecycle implementations (3–5+) of OAC/OBIA solutions.
• Coordinate with global teams, ensuring effective onsite-offshore collaboration.
• Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Participate in RFPs, solution reviews, and client presentations.
• Provide regular status reporting and communication to clients and leadership.
• Plan, track, and manage project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
• 14+ years of experience in Oracle BI implementations or custom data warehouse development.
• Strong hands-on experience with OAC, FDI, ODI, OBIA, and OBIEE.
• Proven expertise in enterprise data warehouse design and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with data integration across multiple source systems.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database development.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BI systems.
• Strong client-facing experience with delivery ownership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Certifications
