Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BOBJ)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote, Will work PST hours

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the business to design and develop solutions to improve business processes.
  • Identify and gather requirements for new solutions or enhancements.
  • Participates in planning to organize and schedule upcoming work.
  • Drive system improvements by identifying the problem, troubleshooting the issue, and working with the basis team to make the necessary changes.
  • Work with Basis to enable new functionality within the system after system upgrades.
  • Makes adjustment to BOBJ user security to accommodate new system changes or enable or disable functionality.
  • Troubleshoot computer desk applications when installing BOBJ tools and come up with fixes developing reporting dashboards based on customer requirements.
  • Supporting technology roadmap initiatives in conjunction with key solutions and enterprise architects.
  • Developing and participating in POC’s and pilots, as defined by technology roadmaps.
 Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years Business Objects Development, up to and including BOBJ v 4.2.
  • Minimum of 5 years of ETL/Snowflake Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years using Information Design Tool, including Universe setup and modification
  • Demonstrated experience writing PL/SQL queries
Nice to have:
  • Business Objects Administration (architecture, performance tuning, reporting, monitoring, etc.) is a plus.
