Title: Marketing Product Data Coordinator
Duration: Full Time/ Direct Hire
Location: Atlanta, GA, US
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

SUMMARY:

The Marketing Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data across various systems and platforms. This role ensures that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to support business operations and decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. 

  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain marketing product data, including categorization, specifications, and descriptions.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter product data into databases, master data management systems (MDM), and other relevant platforms.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, merchants, marketing teams, and other departments to gather and verify product data.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on product data status, discrepancies, and updates.
  • System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and improvement of data management systems and processes.
  • Support: Provide support for product data-related inquiries and issues from internal teams and external partners. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP, MDM systems).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data coordination, data management, or a related role.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and reports.  
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from employees or stakeholders.  
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present information to management and auditors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

  • Ability to apply mathematical operations.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:

  • Must be detail-oriented and exceptional in organizational techniques.
  • Must be self-motivated, with the ability to set and achieve goals, and set priorities of multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to coordinate the activities of other employees.

REASONING ABILITY: 

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make sound business process decisions.
  • Ability to interpret an wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with MDMs (such as EnterWorks), product information management (PIM) systems, and FileMaker Pro is a plus.
