Job Title - Sr. Manager Partner Marketing
Location- Chicago & Pleasanton.
Duration - 6 months

 

About the Role
This position, Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing  is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness, engagement and growth within company’s partner ecosystem. 

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage marketing assets and programs that support company’s partner ecosystem vision, foster relationships with key partners and support company’s growth goals.  

  • Work closely with company agencies to support company’ Innovation partners in their development of marketing and sales assets that support Partner developed solutions and applications

  • Collaborate across company sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing programs that align to the Global Partner Organization business objectives

  • Support the development of  partner-led marketing content including but not limited to: solution briefs, social media assets, videos, solution/app value propositions, etc. 

  • Support marketing enablement webinars focused on helping company’ Partners market their application / solution

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to recommend actionable insights to optimize  partner marketing activities

  • Support current research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices and areas for partner marketing improvements

Basic Qualifications
8+ years global partner marketing experience in the B2B tech sector driving partner marketing pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing plans that have clear metrics and KPIs

  • Strong track record of collaboration across functions and geographies

  • Experience creating co-marketing campaigns that support sales pipeline and revenue growth from demand generation through closed/won opportunities

  • Ability to plan, manage and execute several marketing programs simultaneously

  • A passion for learning —unafraid to try new things, fail fast and course correct

  • A partner champion who articulates the value of the ecosystem to internal and external stakeholders

  • Data-driven and experimental in how you approach and measure your work
     

Other Qualifications

  • Experience executing partner marketing strategies and experience delivering marketing campaigns that meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Experience managing key partner relationships to ensure execution plans are communicated and managed effectively both internally and externally.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Sense of humor
