Job Description
Title: Copywriter (Marketing Communications Senior Advisor) (Part-Time)
Location: 100% Work from Home
Duration: 10 months
Hours: Part-time, working up to 25 hours per week
Availability: You must be available during EST business hours and consistently work Mondays through Fridays.

Copywriter
- The Copywriter will bring a mix of marketing operations proficiency, creative expertise, and production competence to support the MDLIVE brand and the brands of our valued clients.
- The Creative Copywriter will play an essential role in supporting the Creative Services Senior Director’s vision, strategy, and the overall quality of creative outputs, scheduling/traffic, and production. This role involves hands-on production of writing projects.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Writing flyers, landing pages, newsletters, ad copy, collateral, blog content, and proofreading.
- Producing content for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C audiences.
Required Skills:
- Creative mindset and storytelling with a varied portfolio.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editing skills.
- Strong grasp of the English language.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
- Time management and research skills.
- Online portfolio showcasing results-producing work, modern design, and memorable experiences acknowledged by clients, industry, or media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in blog writing, long-format content, and advertising/promotional writing.
- Versatility in writing for various formats and voices (advertising, blogs, promos, web content, long format, etc.).
- Holistic thinking, with the ability to focus on both overarching goals and specific details.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment for branding, integrated marketing agencies, and/or in-house departments.
- A portfolio showcasing copywriting work in digital, web, and print formats.
- 5–7 years of professional copywriting experience.
Preferred:
- Telehealth or related healthcare design experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a related field is required.
