Role: Business Analyst, Product Enablement Operations
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Indianapolis, IN / New York, NYC / Boston, MA / Atlanta, GA (1-2 times a month during key events) 


 Job Specification
The focus of this role is on developing and implementing strategy that helps to demonstrate the measurable impact of enablement programs.
 
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst collaborates with the Product Owner on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics. The BA drives the requirements gathering process that accurately reflects business needs which includes: risk analysis, as is and to be process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution. The BA reviews technical solutions for compliance to business process and objectives. The B+D6A coordinates end to end UAT cycle. The BA develops organizational change management framework; communication, training, and post implementation suppor+D12t. The BA also writes business level (feature group/functional success metrics) accept.
 
Day for this contractor will look like:
  • This individual will sign-on to Slack at 8am ET to begin their day responding to messages and verifying their calendar of appointments.
  • They will ensure to prioritize and schedule their time to complete tasks assigned by the manager in an efficient and communicative manner.
  • This role will be apart of an 11 person Operations and Comms team within the Product Enablement team and this person is responsible for analytics and reporting for multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • There will be several meetings each day for this individual to align with stakeholders like certain program owners to help design and implement solutions to track and measure impact for specific product enablement trainings.
  • This person may be asked to build surveys for these programs, as well as analyze the survey results and track product confidence.
  • This person will also be responsible for managing the monthly business review by preparing specific data to represent the overall impact of the organization.
  • The role requires an 8-hour work day with flexibility for breaks/lunches but must be able to start work at 8am ET.

 Must have skills:
  • 1-2 years of previous Salesforce experience and familiarity of operating rhythms, or 2-3 years elsewhere in an operations role familiarity
  • 1-2 years of experience as business analyst, data analyst or project manager.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data and metadata architecture (querying/extraction for analysts).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at both business and technical levels.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and setting expectations.
  • Experience working cross functionally with business, technical and operations teams
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data analytics and statistical analysis.
 Technical Knowledge Required
  • Proficiency with Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Tableau proficiency and experience with data visualization.
  • Experience with Gen AI tools in a business context.
 Teachable skills:
  • Understanding Salesforce data.
  • Experience with sales, enablement or marketing data definitions.
  • Familiarity with relevant data sources; CRM, Astro's Course Tracker, Tableau, GUS
 Core Responsibilities:
  • Program Measurement & Reporting: Work with program owners to design and implement solutions to track and measure impact of product enablement programs.
  • Work with analytics specialists to interpret and share results.
  • Business Reviews: Manage monthly and quarterly business review preparation.
  • Survey design and Analysis: Manage quarterly survey design, implementation and analysis to track product confidence as a key measure of enablement impact.
  • Process Management: Work with functional leaders to design and implement operating processes that are data driven, supporting decision making and strategy.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with peers in the Trailhead and Field Readiness organization as the operations function that supports the business.
  • Work with Product Enablement leaders and program owners, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Field Readiness, Enablement Operations and Local Enablement Business Partners as part of day-to-day role.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Note: The hiring manager is looking to source someone on the east coast preferably Indianapolis, New York, Boston, or Atlanta that can work in the hub upon request but a standard work day would be remote.
  • The Contingent Worker will be required to be onsite as needed for internal enablement training and events taking place. This will likely be once per month. The majority of the work can be completed remotely.
  • The worker would only be requested to help support in the local hub when needed.
