Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 7 Months
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and software requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define actionable solutions
• Create and maintain BA artifacts including BRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, requirement sessions, and consensus-building activities
• Conduct impact analysis, solution evaluation, and change management for evolving requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are understood, tested, and aligned with business expectations
• Support process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to BA methodologies and standards
• Communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in solution evaluation, risk assessment, prioritization, and future-state planning
• Mentor junior BAs and support continuous improvement initiatives where needed

 
Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within complex enterprise environments
• Expertise in requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation, and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with Agile/SDLC methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience creating:
  • User Stories
  • Use Cases
  • Process Flows
  • Current/Future State Diagrams
  • Functional & Technical Requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience performing impact analysis, risk analysis, and solution evaluation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus across teams
• Experience with BA tools, documentation tools, prototyping, modeling, and collaboration platforms

 
Preferred Skills:

• IIBA-aligned Business Analysis practices/knowledge
• Experience mentoring junior BAs
• Strong business process modeling and workflow analysis expertise
• Exposure to strategy analysis and change management initiatives
• Experience with stakeholder engagement in large enterprise programs
