Title: Maintenance Tech Apprentice
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Bromont, QC, Canada.
Schedule: M-Thurs, 12pm-10pm (Onsite)

Job Description
As a Maintenance Technical Apprentice, you will develop on the job skills to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis by conducting routine preventive maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• React to alarms.
• Changing filters.
• Adding salt to polisher on water distribution.
• Make rounds of taking measurements.
• Reading monitors.
• Take meter data for reporting.
• Be the one at the main entrance.
• Go onto the loading dock.
• Operating the system if anything stops.
• Manually close valves and start pumps if required.
• Work independently on the facilities side in the evening.

Must-Have Hard Skills:

• Learn and be able to find solutions on their own.
• Ability to manually close valves and start pumps.
• Billingual- English and French

Nice-To-Have:

• Entry level position.
• Any building related experience.
• HVAC position.

Years of Experience:

• Any building-related experience.
• HVAC position.

Software Skills:

• Minimal computer skills.
