Job Title: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location: Culver City, CA 90232 (Hybrid schedule – Tues-Thurs onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Summary
Client’s Retail department is looking for an experienced Affiliate/Partner marketer to join our team of digital marketers and lead the America’s program covering US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil countries. In this role you will identify and develop Affiliate direct response strategies and manage campaigns to achieve our business objectives. Responsible for the flawless execution of all our AMR campaigns across product and campaign launches throughout the year, making sure the work resonates and that we are delivering the best customer experience. You have the skillset to tease game-changing insights out of online signals, and the communications skills to deliver a compelling message to a wide range of audiences. In addition, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams globally to share vital details related to key strategic projects as well as formulate a globally aligned perspective on future trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
- Build, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners, including publishers, content creators, and networks.
- Identify and onboard high-performing affiliates to expand program reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid media, brand marketing, and ecommerce, to align affiliate efforts with broader business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliate partners.
- Oversee tracking, reporting, and attribution to measure program effectiveness and ensure accurate partner payouts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a best-in-class affiliate marketing program.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, with background in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Commission Junction, Performance Horizon or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, consumer-electronics, technology industries
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies as they relate to affiliate marketing
