Job Title
Senior Data Analyst (D365 Migration & Data Integration)
Compensation
$75,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Audit
- Maintain data hygiene across D365 F&O, CE, and proprietary systems
- Audit, reconcile, and validate cross‑platform data on a recurring basis
Data Synchronization
- Manage regular sync cycles between multiple systems
- Validate accuracy post‑sync and resolve inconsistencies quickly
Migration Execution
- Support the end‑to‑end data migration process
- Run and monitor ETL workflows using SQL, SSRS, and Excel
- Participate in cutover planning, testing, and pre‑go‑live preparation
Cross‑Team Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Work closely with DBAs, API developers, and project leadership
- Provide actionable reporting and visibility into migration progress
- Troubleshoot data issues and discrepancies with urgency
Required Qualifications
- Direct, hands‑on Dynamics 365 implementation experience (mandatory)
- D365 Finance & Operations (required)
- Customer Engagement (preferred)
- 5+ years of senior-level data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, SSRS, ETL workflows, and Excel
- Strong experience reconciling data across multiple enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Clear, concise communicator comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success navigating complex, deadline-driven projects
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience with Python or Azure Databricks
- Familiarity with CE and proprietary ERP/data platforms
- Exposure to API integrations or collaboration with database engineering teams
- Experience supporting ERP cutovers, especially D365 migrations
- Ability to read, interpret, or create data‑mapping documentation
