Job Description/ Responsibilities:
This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions.
The candidate will leverage expertise in product design, requirement lifecycle management, and banking products to achieve impactful results in a high-speed work model.
Develop and implement business strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the banking sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative products that align with client needs and market trends.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans to ensure seamless execution.
Utilize Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and optimize project delivery timelines.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Oversee the requirement lifecycle management process to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support organizational goals and drive profitability.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure banking products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
Ensure all activities align with the companys mission to deliver impactful solutions that benefit society.

Qualifications -
- Possess strong expertise in product design and requirement lifecycle management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows effectively.
- Have in-depth knowledge of business analysis and planning, particularly within the banking sector.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Showcase analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive results.
- Display familiarity with banking products and their regulatory requirements.
- Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a maximum of 12 years preferred.
