Job Title: Project / Program Manager II
Duration: 3 months (Potential for extension)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite (5 days/week)
Business Overview
This role supports client by managing internal B2B device fulfillment for clients ITS and Fulfillment Center (FC) teams. The program ensures timely, compliant delivery of devices globally, enabling productivity across multiple internal teams.
You’ll join a fast-paced, startup-style operations team managing logistics across 40+ countries, coordinating shipments from US, China, and Vietnam to APAC, EMEA, and AMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end forward logistics for internal B2B device orders
- Ensure trade compliance and required device certifications across multiple regions
- Coordinate with logistics vendors and partners for timely international deliveries
- Create and maintain tracking systems, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Handle specialized shipping requirements, including battery and non-battery devices
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve reporting, efficiency, and operational processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred)
- 5+ years of international logistics experience (US/Asia to global markets)
- Strong expertise in trade compliance and device certifications
- Proven B2B logistics experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, Quip)
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
- Knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Nice to Have
- Device or internal fulfillment experience
- Logistics certifications (CLTD, CTSI)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth operations environment
