Title: Product Operations Specialist / Project Manager III
Duration: 6 Months (extension upto 12 Months)
Location: Menlo Park, CA
The Product & Regulatory Operations organization plays a critical role in ensuring user and business safety across platforms. This team delivers operations for emerging and high-priority initiatives in close collaboration with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will contribute to projects that drive product growth, engagement, and quality. This role requires strong product intuition, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to leverage data for impactful storytelling and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution strategies across multiple product areas, including initiating new efforts, accelerating progress, and enhancing outcomes through programmatic solutions
- Analyze product and user data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support strategic decisions
- Manage programs by identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and executing plans effectively
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate updates clearly and effectively
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent program management roles, with a focus on product operations
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to use data to identify and solve problems
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience improving operational systems and tools
- Proven ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and inspire alignment
- Skilled in conflict resolution, prioritization, and identifying trade-offs
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and strategic planning
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, team members, and product areas.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to lead and execute projects successfully.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports, utilizing internal tools to document processes and outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and SQL, with experience working with Excel and other data tools.
- Basic bachelor's degree.
- PMP certification is a nice-to-have.
