Job Title: Product Marketing Manager V
Duration: 8+ months
Location: Remote
 
Seeking a skilled and experienced Contingent Worker to join our Business Product Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on Business Messaging. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business messaging products that enable businesses to connect with customers and drive meaningful interactions.
 
As a key member of the Business Messaging team, you will be responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategy and execution for our paid messaging products.
  • This includes analyzing market trends.
  • Understanding customer needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our business messaging products and the growth of our customers' businesses.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Support market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies for paid messaging products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including client communications, product documentation, and positioning.
  • Analyze business performance and provide insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, partnerships, and product teams.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption and growth of paid messaging products.
 
Minimum qualifications:
  • 10+ years professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives.
  • Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues.
  • Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
  • Communication experience that is effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders.
 
Must have:
  • Experience building and operating GTM strategies B2B that involves sales and partner teams (build and scale through multiple teams).
  • B2B GTM strategy – Market insights. Can they look at reports (spreadsheets and dashboards) to find points on the data that can optimize the projects?
  • Experience generating (discovering) market feedback.
  • Able gather the feedback the market gives and provide insights to further develop strategies.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches).
  • Experience independently leading go-to-market for products with global reach end-to-end, including sales enablement and developing positioning/narrative.
  • Experience in the advertising/marketing space with online media related products.
 
Nice to have:
  • Familiar with large scale B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience in tech companies such as: Salesforce, Microsoft, Google cloud, Amazon Web Services.
  • Understand enterprise tech sales.
  • General analytical capabilities.
