Max BR: $31/hour- Pay Rate should be in line at $18-19/hour ($38k/year)- The team will be looking to convert between 6-12 months and the salary expectations are $40k/year. Insurance carriers usethese records to aide in the adjudication of claims. We process 8 millionrequests annually and foster business relationships with agencies to streamlineand improve processes. CRU is the single point of contact for our customers andutilizes multiple resources and platforms across the U.S, Canada, and P.R. Ourteams are located in Duluth, Ga. and the Philippines.About the RoleDemonstrates aconceptual understanding of the procurement of records for insurance purposes.Applies this understanding in the performance of routine and recurringassignments such as reviewing, compiling, acquiring, organizing, andmaintaining records. Position requires occasional holiday availability. Responsibilitiesinclude: Processing incoming responses from police agencies. Researching and reviews request and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases. Fulfilling, editing, and modifying request for police records to ensure compliance with company standards. Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability to meet and exceed established departmental goals. Processing incoming and outgoing mail. Requiring some sedentary and physical labor.Requirements Demonstrate ability to lift 40lbs., comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time, if necessary Experience in Criminal Justice, Insurance Claims, Call Center and /or police departments. Possess a HS Diploma required.Additional Information from Manager1.Tell me about your background / team / department and how your team impacts the broader organization: - My teams serve as a third-party intermediary between insurance adjusters and law enforcement agencies, facilitating the processing of police report requests related to auto accidents on behalf of our insurance clients. Our work plays a vital role in supporting the claims process by ensuring adjusters receive the necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner. By managing this aspect of the claim’s workflow, we help enhance operational efficiency and contribute to a better customer experience. We partner with a broad range of insurance companies, including State Farm, Nationwide, USAA, Travelers, Progressive, and others, playing a key role in streamlining their claims operations.\- Internally, our work drives revenue, strengthens client relationships, and supports the company's reputation for reliability and responsiveness. 2.What does your interview process look like? (How many interviews? What will the interview look like, such as phone, in person, panel – how many members, etc)? - Our typical interview process consists of a single, in-person interview. Each session is conducted face-to-face and typically involves one to two members of our leadership team. Interviews are scheduled for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, we ask a series of questions aimed at evaluating both technical competencies and alignment with our company culture.
