Preferred work location Lone Tree, CO Senior Project Manager Forge Third Party Integration Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the integration of Forges third party portfolio into enterprise vendor management, risk, and procurement processes. This is a time bound, integration only role focused on coordinating complex, cross functional workstreams, conducting gapvariance analysis, designing interim processes, and tracking third party portfolio synergies ahead of full system and process integration. This role operates under the direction of a Director level Integration Lead and does not include people management or steady state operational ownership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PM with experience supporting post acquisition integrations, preferably involving third party portfolios, supplier management, or risk adjacent programs, who thrives in ambiguous environments and brings strong structure, discipline, and executive level communication. Key Responsibilities Integration Project ManagementSupport execution of the Forge third party integration program across multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating activities across: oVendor ManagementoThird Party Risk ManagementoLegaloProcurementoInformation SecurityoFinance and other risk and control partnersDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment to the overall integration roadmap and Director level direction.Track and manage interdependencies across workstreams, escalating risks and decisions as needed. Gap, Variance Interim State CoordinationCoordinate risk and process based gapvariance analysis between Forges current state practices and enterprise requirements.Support the design and documentation of interim processes and oversight approaches to mitigate identified gaps prior to full integration.Track interim approaches, approvals, owners, dependencies, and sunset timing. Third Party Portfolio Synergy TrackingCoordinate analysis of Forges third party portfolio to support: oIdentification of overlapping or duplicate suppliersoRisk tiering and segmentation alignmentoOpportunities for rationalization or consolidationEstablish and maintain synergy tracking artifacts e.g., supplier overlaps, cost opportunities, risk reduction indicators, tracking progress against targets established by leadership.Support analysis and enablement only execution authority remains with functional owners. Stakeholder Communication Executive ReportingPrepare senior management ready integration reporting, including: oStatus updatesoKey risks and mitigationsoDependency and decision trackingoPortfolio and synergy summariesSupport preparation of materials for integration governance forums and senior leadership reviews.Facilitate working sessions and integration checkpoints to maintain alignment across stakeholders. Systems, Data Documentation CoordinationCoordinate activities related to vendor and risk data integration, including inventory alignment and data readiness hands on remediation performed by SMEs.Support coordination of activities involving Ariba and related procurementvendor data.Maintain structured documentation using OneNote, Excel, and PM tools to ensure transparency and continuity. Required Qualifications8 years of experience as a Project Manager, including support of complex, cross functional integration initiatives.Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams as a senior individual contributor.Proven ability to conduct and coordinate gapvariance analysis and support interim operating model design.Experience working with or adjacent to: oVendor managementoProcurementoSupplier or third party portfoliosoRisk or compliance related programsDemonstrated ability to produce clear, executive level integration reporting.Advanced proficiency in Excel, OneNote, and enterprise PM tools.
