Job summary:
The Sr. Business Analyst role involves analyzing regulatory requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering solutions that align with business objectives. This hybrid position requires expertise in business analysis and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for regulatory projects.
• Develop detailed business process models and workflows to optimize operations and align with regulatory guidelines. - Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and market trends.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify gaps in current processes and propose actionable solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents and functional specifications, to support project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of regulatory changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing feedback for continuous improvement. - Support the development of training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on regulatory changes and business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into existing systems
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices to inform business strategies.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.
