Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: 5-7 years of relevant experience.
They should have a proven track record of defining product roadmaps, gathering customer and user insights, prioritizing backlogs, and driving products through the discovery phase.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira/Confluence.
Experience in financial planning and modeling, including conducting cost-benefit analyses to support product investment decisions, would be considered a strong asset.
Degree/Level of Education: Post- Secondary
Summary of the role:
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead the Cobrand credit card product roadmap by gathering customer insights, defining and prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive products from ideation through discovery while monitoring performance and communicating progress to stakeholders.
How much time is being spent in meetings: 80 percent of the day

Must have hard skills: 1.) 5-7 years of relevant experience- Banking/Financia is required 2.) Agile capabilities- JIRA and Confluence 3.) Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Outlook and Excel
