Job Title: Entry-Level Compliance Support
Location: White Plains, NY
Job Type: Full-Time (5-Month Contract, Potential for Extension)
Start Date: ASAP (Pending Background Clearance)
Schedule: Hybrid – Remote on Mondays and Fridays, Onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays
Driving Required: No
Fingerprinting Required: Not required for temp; required if converted to Full-Time Employee (FTE)

? Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Compliance Support professional to join our team in White Plains, NY. This role provides critical administrative and operational support to our Agent Disciplinary Action and Enhanced Supervision programs. You’ll be responsible for managing documentation, monitoring agent communications, ensuring compliance with supervision protocols, and supporting broader compliance initiatives such as Ethics Point and Enhanced Underwriting.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow within the compliance, insurance, or financial services space.
 
? Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage documentation related to disciplinary and supervision cases
  • Monitor agent communications and escalate compliance concerns as needed
  • Ensure branch offices adhere to established supervision workflows
  • Support compliance-related reporting, metrics, and trend analysis
  • Assist with the Ethics Point system and Enhanced Underwriting process
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders while maintaining a professional tone
  • Utilize internal disciplinary action systems and manage related email communications
 
? Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in insurance, securities compliance, or operations
  • Entry-level candidates with strong business or accounting fundamentals are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level)
 
? Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 license or relevant insurance designations
  • Familiarity with life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds
  • Experience with compliance reporting and supervision workflows
 
? Additional Requirements
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Fingerprinting required if converted to FTE
