Job Description:
- Manager is looking for candidates that are committed to working onsite for the entire assignment.
- This position will report to the Team Manager of Donor Services and will have extensive exposure to skip level leadership.
- Workers to be on site 4 to 5 days at Westlake, TX office.
- Please Note - There will be blackout periods for the holiday season. The candidate will have the Client’s holidays off.
- Client is an independent public charity created to increase charitable giving in the United States by offering the flexible giving solution of a donor-advised fund (DAF) account.
- A donor-advised fund account is a simple, flexible, tax-smart investment account designed specifically for charitable purposes that offers clients and advisors a simple and streamlined way to contribute, invest and grant effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming operational volume for the Client’s Service organization.
- This would include remediation of cases, contribution queue, processing of forms & paperwork, email box’s, Transfer of Asset follow-up, hotline calls, weekly reports, amongst other tasks.
- Possible follow up on not-in-good-order work, requesting corrected paperwork or new paperwork based on situation.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide efficient and effective service for advisors and donors.

- Good Communications skills.
- Able to work in a Team environment.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by absorbing and applying complex information quickly.
- Time management skills with the ability to organize, manage and prioritize priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a large quantity of volume at once, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Capable of working effectively within a team environment with the utmost professionalism.
