Role Summary
Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, competitive strategies, and industry trends to deliver actionable insights that inform executive decision-making, shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen the organization’s competitive position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, articulate, and document business insights with a strong customer focus, incorporating the customer service experience and perspective.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and business data to support strategic planning and executive decisions.
Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and maintain a competitive advantage.
Execute complex assignments requiring in-depth knowledge of business principles, programs, procedures, and relevant business issues.
Translate research findings and analytical insights into clear, practical recommendations that support business objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales, or consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful business insights.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex assignments effectively.
Strong customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand business challenges from the customer’s perspective.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
